South of Silver Lake Rd. off of Pontiac Trail. (2 miles north of South Lyon High School) Thur, Fri Sat. June 20th. 24th and 22nd. 9 AM to 5 PM.

Items are included from our household, In-laws downsizing. Not done clearing the house so there will be more not listed. Will be spread out better for the sale, sorry.

My sale includes the following

Tons of Tools: Mostly hand tools and building supplies, plumbing, electrical and electrical boxes, pvc gutter pieces, dunnage bags, screwdrivers, sockets, tool boxes and cases, sanding stuff, drywall finishing, Shelf brackets and standards, boxes and containers of nails and screws, building materials for roofs, flashing, netting, pipes, circular sawblades, casters, copper fittings, ductwork pieces (dryer vent transitions). Saturday we will bundle what is left for a “take it all” price.

Antiques: old scythe, cycle and hay knife, paper doll box, antique window, old bottles, vintage lunch boxes, stained glass panel, American Indian display (appears to be modern for display) with woman’s dress, accessories and beadwork, came with some horse tack items,

Household: Small household furniture, shelves, end tables, pair of vintage kitchen chairs, records, CD, VHS , CD racks, wicker basket on rollers, holiday stuff, some glassware (pink depression), CDs, DVDs, blue rays, book on CD. Older record players, advent mini speakers, stereo equipment, old cameras,

Toys / Collectables. Repro Roman chest armor and swords, plastic military model kits mostly 1800’s soldiers, Warhammer (if new in the box, about 25% off list), pokemon and magic the gathering cards, legos new in the box, boardgames, tabletop games, model ships, nerf guns,

Musical Instruments:
Drums – 1980’s Tama Superstar set with king beat Imperialstar snare and red label hardware. Rack full of cymbals (starter to pro). Drum stands including cymbal, snare drum, high hat. double pedals, 8 snare drums (most under $100) tub of hoops, muffles, assorted bags, keychain accessories, cowbell, go go balls, accessory clamps, practice pads.
Electric and acoustic guitars and electric basses (beginner to good quality) smaller / practice combo amps. Banjo, Odds and ends instrument stuff like stands, microphones, mics and mic stands, violin, $5.00 ea. box of cords, $10 each box of cords and more. I’m still not done digging it all out for the sale so much more not included. Might have a bass head and cabinet.

Sporting Goods: Fly tying box with feathers and supplies, possible tub full of holster if I can dig them out in time.
