Nearly-new hospital bed with mattress and rails. Many many caregiving supplies most like-new or new unopened.

- Many of the items offered for sale are in nearly-new condition, and some are still New In Box.

- No tools, vehicles, or jewelry.

- None of the items are heavy duty, big/tall.

Cigarette smoke and cats were present where some of the items were used or stored. No cat pee! Those items can have a residual cigarette or cat smell and it might not be fully removable. Also might be present at the location of the sale.

The centerpiece of the sale is a nearly-new electric HOSPITAL BED with innerspring mattress, motorized head raise and leg raise, manual height adjustment, includes full length side rails, $500 firm. The sale is seasoned with GOOD YARD-SALE ITEMS -

To keep it interesting, I invited friends and family to add yard-sale items, but I only allowed the best things to join, such as good quality books, useful household items in good condition, vintage décor. Items that are good but didn’t make the cut are offered in a bargain-bin alongside the sale.

Everything offered is offered as-is, and once sold cannot be returned or refunded. Reasonable attempts were made to ensure the items offered for sale are clean and functional at the time they are offered for sale, but there is no warranty.

Cash and PayPal "Friends and Family" are accepted. There is an ATM about 4 blocks away. No checks, cannot process a card payment, no trades.

NO SHIPPING, NO DELIVERY and I am not able to help move larger items. Please arrange for that before buying larger items. No holds. I'm including a few hours on Sunday for additional time to purchase and remove larger items.

Machine-washable items have been machine-washed with laundry detergent and Oxyclean laundry sanitizer according to those products’ directions. Items which could not be machine washed were wiped down with disinfectant wipes or spray. Personal items may have a small area of discoloration or adhesive residue where a laundry tag was previously attache
