Normally you would go to downtown Van Alstyne & cross the RR on FM 121, but they are doing construction & have the road closed 1/2 way between town & my house. So take FM 3133 (South end of Van Alstyne off of HWY 5). Go east for 2--3 miles & turn left on Jim Cannon RD (look for signs). Go to SS & turn Right on FM 121 & go 1 mile to sale on the right.
